She appeared in films like Time Pass, Red Swastik and Game. She also appeared in Telugu movies, A film by Aravind, which ended up being a super hit.
In recent times, she seems to have made a conscious effort to project itself as a serious artist her first music album and do a cameo in a Yashraj film.
She was also a speaker at the 55th Filmfare Awards held in February 2010.
